The AIDA ** free diver course is an introduction into the thrilling world of Snorkelling and Freediving. It is a basic freediving course designed to cover the necessary skills and knowledge for a non-competitive recreational freediver to safely freedive with or without a guide line. Ladies Only Open Water Course
The PADI Open Water course is a full scuba course with a certification allowing you to dive any where in the world up to a depth of 18metres. The course involves 4 Open Water Dives, 5 Pool training sessions, knowledge development and an exam.

Free Pool Freediving Session
If you have heard about freediving but not quite sure what it is about, and would like to give it go, then come along to the pool at Al Boom Diving Club on Monday 10th January.
AIDA Instructor Sara-Lise Haith will give you a short insight into what freediving is about and you will have the chance to practise holding your breath in the water safely.
The session is free to anyone over the age of 16. You will need to bring a bathing suit, wetsuit (the pool water is 25degC), and a towel.
