AIDA 3 Star Freediver Course
This course is designed to continue a freediver’s training beyond the level of AIDA ** Freediver.
The AIDA *** introduces more advanced concepts and techniques of especially deep diving. Freedivers will learn more about the physiological and physical aspects that allow or limit our diving performance. Students are encouraged to take more responsibility and increase their awareness of them selves and their dive buddy. They will le…arn how to train effectively and performance oriented and learn advanced drills and equalization techniques.
The aim of this course is to help the student freediver develop the skills and knowledge necessary to plan and participate in freediving activities, independently with similarly experienced freedive buddies. Needless to say, it is also loads of fun!
You must hold an AIDA 2 star Freediver certification or equivalent to book this course.
Course dates:
Starts 23rd August after Iftar (19h00ish- 21h00 at Al Boom Diving Centre, Al Wasl Road
We will work as a team to finish all pool work and theory after Iftar and set up the dives (4 dives required) after EID.
